Our Advantage Services encompass the full spectrum of relocation services for inbound transferees (newcomer packages, area orientation, house-hunting, etc.). We can also assist outbound employees with a variety of customized services (comprehensive marketing assistance to sell or rent their home, property management, etc.) tailored to their individual needs and compliant with the terms of their specific relocation benefits package. In many cases, individuals participating in these CARTUS backed programs can also receive cash back (in most states) after closing. We know the rules, the procedures, and what is needed to take care of transferees so that they can focus on settling into their new jobs and locations.
